2. Purpose of the Service

Wedding Web Services is an online platform that allows users to create and customize their wedding website using pre-designed templates.

Users can add texts, images, event information, bank details for gifts, photo galleries and other content related to their celebration.

3. Responsibility for User Content

The user declares and warrants that:

• They own the rights to the content they upload (photographs, texts, logos, etc.).
• The bank information shared is accurate and published under their sole responsibility.
• They will not upload illegal, offensive, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.

Wedding Web Services:

• Does not supervise or validate content published by users.
• Is not responsible for uses that third parties make of said information.
• May remove without prior notice any content that violates these conditions.

4. Limitation of Liability

Wedding Web Services shall not be liable for:

• Damages, fraud, economic losses or harm arising from publishing personal or bank data on created websites.
• Unauthorized access, information theft or unauthorized uses by third parties.
• Failures in third-party services (banks, payment gateways, hosting, email).
• Data loss due to external causes such as cyber attacks, network failures or force majeure.

5. Intellectual Property

Templates, software, tools and designs are the exclusive property of Wedding Web Services.

The following is prohibited:

• Copying, modifying or redistributing templates
• Using content for commercial or resale purposes
• Accessing source code or manipulating the platform

6. Purchase and Cancellation Conditions

• The service is activated after payment confirmation.
• Commercial guarantee: 14 days from purchase to request a full refund. After that period, since this is a personalised digital product (Spanish LGDCU Art. 103.c and 103.m), no refunds are made.
• The customer expressly agrees that, upon contracting, they waive their legal right of withdrawal once the 14-day commercial guarantee period has elapsed.
• In case of technical failures attributable to Wedding Web Services, support will be offered at no additional cost.
• The service duration is 12 months from activation.

7. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

Wedding Web Services complies with GDPR.

• Data will be used solely to provide the contracted service.
• Data will not be shared with third parties except for legal obligations.
• The user may exercise their rights by contacting the company.

8. Duration and Website Deletion

• The contracted website will be active for 12 months from activation.
• After that period, it may be deleted or archived, with prior notice to the user.
• The user may request early deletion at any time.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

The parties expressly submit to the courts of the registered office of Wedding Web Services.
